Welcome to my website, my blog, my business. I am building this from the ground up, all by myself. Crazy? Maybe. I love what I do and educating the public through an online platform makes it easier for an introvert like me. I love sharing gluten free recipes, brands and my favorite products. Living gluten free is a major thing for a lot of people and I love being an influencer that can help. I figured that I would make a post with 50 fast facts about me. This might be a silly post but I would love for you to know who I am behind the scenes. So lets get started.

1. I was born in Arizona.

2. I was diagnosed with celiac disease on St. Patrick's Day.

3. I am married to my high school sweetheart.

4. Cantaloupe is my favorite fruit.

5. I will never say no to potato chips...unless they have gluten.

6. I am the oldest of three.

7. My favorite color is yellow.

8. I have two girls whose names both start with K.

9. My toenails are ALWAYS painted.

10. I started my YouTube channel in 2013.

11. I am the most extroverted introvert you will ever meet. (INFJ)

12. Criminal Minds is my favorite show.

13. I am an avid thrift shopper.

14. My dream pet is a male, all black cat. His name will be Salem.

15. My favorite Disney princesses are Merida (Brave) and Ariel (The Little Mermaid).

16. I shaved my head in October of 2018.

17. I am very awkward.

18. I am a book nerd to the fullest degree. (Mysteries and thrillers are my go-to.)

19. 90% of my friends were made through YouTube and Instagram.

20. The 4th of July is my favorite holiday. Halloween is a close second.

21. I hate wearing shoes.

23. I went to three different high schools.

25. Dutch Bros is my go-to coffee place.

26. I collect postcards from everywhere I go.
