Enjoy Life Foods Sugar Crisp Review

Let me be honest with you for a minute. I strongly dislike novel length reviews. I am a light reader who enjoys skimming for the important parts. If I am not someone who enjoys reading lengthy reviews, why would I punish myself by writing one? I enjoy reviews that are in depth but to the point. That is what I strive to do on Hailey & a Spoon. You can be sure that my reviews are honest and thought out despite the word count.

Now that I have given you my life story, lets talk about cookies.

Enjoy Life Foods is a main staple in our home. There is always a teal packaged treat lying around somewhere. I recently purchased a trial pack from Enjoy Life, so I could try more of their products without spending a fortune and hoping I like them. The box came with ten treats and I knew I had to try these sugar crisps first because honestly, I am not the biggest fan of plain sugar cookies. Growing up I thought cookies needed chocolate chips, peanut butter or sprinkles to be called a cookie. Silly me.

These cookies are the perfect form of crunchy. They are not rock hard or soft in random places. Each cookie is perfectly crispy. Plus, the flavoring is amazing. I didn't have high hopes for these but they sure changed my mind on sugar cookies. The cookies have a simple sugar coating which makes them super sweet. Also, these cookies are certified gluten free, vegan and free from the Top 14 allergens. Which is always a win.

I think if I were to purchase these again, I would try and find them in the mini sizes because I think the full size cookie would be too much for me. Plus, anything in mini sizes are amazing. Am I right? The only downside to these cookies are that my kids can hear me eating them in hiding! HA! All jokes aside, our family enjoyed them and I will be using them in future recipes and meal plans.
